01 Services

Personal Information
When you contact us or use our services, we may collect details such as:
- Website design and development
- Mobile app design and development
- Digital marketing and branding solutions
- Company name
- Billing and payment details
All services are delivered as per mutually agreed project scope, timelines, and payment terms.
02Project Engagement
- A project is considered active only after written confirmation and receipt of an advance payment.
- Any change in scope or additional features requested after project initiation may affect cost and delivery timeline.
- We will share project updates and revisions as per the agreed process. Delays from the client’s side (such as pending content, approvals, or responses) may extend project deadlines.
03Payments
- All payments must be made according to the payment schedule mentioned in the proposal or invoice.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Work will not be released or moved to live servers until full payment is received.
- For digital marketing retainers, invoices are generated monthly in advance and must be cleared before the campaign period begins.
04 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content, and materials required for the project.
- Ensuring they have ownership or rights for any media, text, or assets shared.
- Reviewing work and providing feedback within reasonable timelines.
05Intellectual Property
- All work created by Creat1 ve Web Studio LLP remains the company’s property until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, the client gains ownership of the final deliverables (such as website files, app code, or marketing creatives) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.
06Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information such as project details, data, and business strategies private and not disclose them to any third party without consent.
07Revisions and Support
- Minor revisions are included as per the project agreement.
- Major changes or requests outside the initial scope will be billed separately.
- Post-launch support or maintenance services are provided under a separate agreement or annual maintenance contract (AMC).
08Third-Party Services
Creat1 ve Web Studio LLP may use third-party tools, plugins, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or failures caused by these external services.
09Limitation of Liability
We strive for quality and reliability; however, Creat1 ve Web Studio LLP is not liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Website downtime or security issues caused by misuse, external attacks, or hosting failures.
- Results of marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:
- The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Pune, Maharashtra].
12Updates to Terms
Creat1 ve Web Studio LLP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
